Methodology

Magian is the methodology that we use in all our projects. Over 20 years of project experience is captured in our methodology. It works as a guide consisting of project stages, activities and standard deliverables and the focus is on the final product – which are efficient and effective business processes using IT to its maximum potential.

The main characteristics of Magian are that:

• It delivers a system that aligns the business strategy, the business processes and the people within the organization with the supporting IT systems.
• It combines project stages and activities to achieve standard deliverables. By doing so, it is clear what should be done, when, by whom and which tools are needed to support each activity.
• Project management, quality assurance and change management are built into the methodology.
